Progressive company in the Biltmore corridor is now looking for a BILINGUAL RECEPTIONIST | ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT. In this role, you will serve as the greeter for clients and guests both in the office and through incoming calls. The primary role is to assist in day-to-day operations and while working with various depearments, including Human Resource management.
Other responsibilities include: courteously field phone calls and promptly directing callers to the appropriate individual, coordinating day to day clerical activities, and general office operations as needed. Skills / Requirements
* Ability to read and write in English and Spanish is required
* 2+ years experience in a receptionist or similar position is required * Applicants with experience in garnishments, unemployment processing or other HR functions will receive additional considerations * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs * Must be thoroughly organized and detail oriented * Able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines * Professional communication skills We offer a comprehensive benefits package along with a competitive base salary and foster a promote from within culture.
