Job: SEO Manager

Sleep Savvy is looking to add an SEO Manager to their team in Phoenix, AZ. Reporting to the CEO, the Search Engine Optimization Manager is responsible for managing the optimization of Sleep Savvy's website across search engines.

Responsibilities include:

Accountable for overall quality of search engine results and performance, and search engine optimization best practices and standards for company's website.

Identifies trends in search engine results and develops strategies for optimizing results for company's website.

Performs testing, research and analysis related to the company's site or competitor’s sites.

Evaluates results and provides reporting and feedback on findings.

Closely monitors the industry to keep Sleep Savvy in the top tier with respect to natural search optimization as well as identifies trends in the SEO field.

Must have 3-5+ years experience with search engine optimization. Knowledge of search engine algorithms and architecture. Minimum 3 years business experience in an Internet, retail, and/ or merchandising environment required.

BA/BS degree in merchandising, marketing, communications, e-commerce, or related field; or equivalent experience required

Must be a team leader with strong problem-solving skills. Must be creative and up to date with the latest developments in search engine optimization. analytical and results oriented.
