Overview: Banner Health, Arizona's largest healthcare organization and the 2nd largest private employer in the state with nearly 35,000 employees is seeking a Physician Recruitment Sr. Consultant-spv. This position will be a part of the Physician Services Department which is located in Central Phoenix near 12th St and McDowell Rd.& nbsp;Ideal candidate will have energy, enthusiasm and excitement to bring to the organization and a wealth of finance experience.& nbsp;We are searching for someone who can provide all customers of Banner Health with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our Performance Standards each and every day. Banner's Performance Standards include: Safety, Attitude, Responsiveness, Communication, Comfort, Privacy, Appearance, Teamwork, and Accountability. Responsibilities: This position leads the strategic recruitment of employed and private practice physicians to meet community needs at the organization's regional facilities. This includes the entire process from marketing, interviewing site visits, contract negotiations and follow-up to practice start-ups. Operationalizes and maintains compliance with all national laws and guidelines. Leads the implementation and compliance with each facility's medical staff development plans and is a key participant in the development and implementation of these plans. Position supports the organization's physician recruitment needs within all regional facilities. Financial responsibilities include managing regional and facility practice support agreements and recruitment expenses. Internal customers include regional administration, facility senior management, service line directors, and academic program directors. External customers include practicing physicians and group office managers and attorneys in the community.

Skills / Requirements
Must possess a strong knowledge of business and/or healthcare as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public relations, marketing or related field. Must possess a strong knowledge and understanding of physician recruitment or physician relations as normally demonstrated through at least five years of physician recruitment, physician relations, healthcare, public relations, business or marketing experience. Requires superb negotiation skills and project management skills. Inspires out of state physicians to relocate to area through enthusiasm and provision of relevant information about the region and organization. Demonstrates advanced understanding of planning and marketing concepts. Able to conceptualize, envision and plan for the future. Leads teams effectively and interfaces with all levels of management. Demonstrates superb verbal and written communication with ability to speak professionally to small or large groups.Off-site travel required.
