Job: Research Assistant- Real Estate

National Real Estate Advisory firm seeks Research Assistant to join their team. Prospective candidates will be responsible for the following:

-Complete Nationwide Market Reports on any specified metropolitan area generally to include the following:
-Comparative Analysis of Industrial, Office, and Back Office Markets of a Specified Area
-Maps, Photos, Property-specific literature and other collateral materials
-Demographic studies
-Labor force analysis
-State and local incentive studies
-Wage rate analysis
-Local zoning analysis
-Customized mapping applications
-Prepare all flyers for marketing of subleases and update listings on all typical local/national database services
-Conduct local tours for local and national clients

-MUST HAVE RE LICENSE
-Prior experience in a research position, preferrably in a real estate office
-Strong computer skills, including database management, internet research and report compilation
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to completed deadline-oriented projects in a fast-paced office environment
-Ability to work well with others
