Temporary Census Human Resource Recruiter/Generalist - DRIS

- Provides specialized support for Vangent HR related programs, policies and initiatives in one or more of the following HR functions: benefits, compensation, employee relations, immigration compliance, full life-cycle recruiting, performance management and/or training.
- Provides management coaching on employee related issues such as performance, professional development, terminations and investigations.
- Responsible for full cycle recruiting for temporary and regular full time positions.
- Build strong relationships with hiring teams to effectively manage the recruiting process.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews with a high degree of frequency to meet staffing needs.
- Identify and refer only qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Develop knowledge of the marketplace to ensure competitiveness in hiring.
- Acts as liaison with outside vendors to assist in recruiting efforts.
- Administer and coordinate employment offers and background checks.
- Manage recruiting activities, correspondence, and data analysis through an applicant tracking system.
- Administer and analyze pre-employment assessments and references.
- Manage employment offer process and negotiate beneficial terms for manager and applicant.
- Manage new hire setup process, including new hire paperwork.

Skills / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus a minimum 2 years of solid full cycle recruiting experience required.
- HR Generalist experience across several HR disciplines
- Experience recruiting in a large call center environment highly desired.
- Proven understanding of recruiting and sourcing concepts required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to navigate in applicant tracking software a must
