Job: Service Rep - Imaging

Description:

Receive loan files, trailing documents, and collateral files from regional offices and service centers. Ensure delivery or processing of files or documents to appropriate departments or custodians. Audit documents and files received and accurately process to servicing system or imaging system as appropriate. Retrieve loan documents as requested from various offices and divisions. Resolve research issues on loan files and documents. Assist with loan sale completion.

Responsibilities:

•Process required documentation per divisional standards.
•Data entry and research of documents or loan data per divisional standards.
•Resolve documentation of data exceptions based on securitization needs.
•Receive recorded documents and unrecorded assignments for shipment to the custodian. Package trailing documents for delivery to the trust.
•Other duties as necessary.

•High School degree or equivalent required.
•1 to 2 years clerical office experience
•Prior experience in financial servicing environment preferred
•Organizational skills and attention to detail
•Ability to work flexible schedule
•Knowledge of company guidelines and operating procedures
•PC literate, including familiarity with Word, Access. Lotus Notes and Excel
•Detail oriented, organized and accurate
•Self starter and able to work under pressure
•Strong oral and written communication skills, Customer service skills
•Ability lift up to 30 pounds strongly preferred
•Ability to meet department attendance standards
