Job: Process Improvement Specialist

My client located in Phoenix is looking for a process improvement specialist to help with the infrastructure of their growing team.

The ideal candidate has experience in a multi-faceted organization where they were responsible to analyze existing methods and procedures, make appropriate recommendations on how to increase productivity and profitability, and help to implement their strategies.

Experience working on problems independently and on a team is required. Experience in the education field will be highly desirable, however, not required.

Six Sigma Certification would be desired. This is a contract position, however, there is the possibility that the incumbent can be hired on as a full time employee.
