Job: SALES MANAGER: LOAN MODIFICATION DEPARTMENT

National Debt Assistance, partnered with American Platinum Financial Services, in North Scottsdale, a multi-faceted office is looking to hire an experienced SALES MANAGER to coach and lead a team of Loan Modification Advisors.

POSITION SCOPE: This individual drives the achievement of stated goals and assures total program success through motivating, coaching and developing a high performance processing/underwriting client support team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Motivational coaching and development of small sales team.
* Increase unit sales and dollars by emphasizing company goals and practices.
* Assist in attaining revenue objectives, outlining benefits/objectives to clients and retaining
current clients as necessary (based on cancellations).
* Maximize the potential for conversion of leads to pre-approved and submitted files
* Weekly review and analyze individual performance against metrics and stated goals and
implement improvement plans accordingly
* Maintain performance metrics at or above company standards.

REPORTS TO: Vice-President of Loan Modification Processing Department
Requirements: 3+ years as a sales supervisor or manager. Minimum 1 year experience in financial industry. Must be an exceptional communicator with a coaching style, competetive and a team player. We are a Pay for Performance Company.

Earning Potential: Salaried Compensation is Guaranteed (based on experience). Willing to discuss bonus structure with qualified candidates in person.
