Job: PROCESSOR FOR MORTGAGE LOAN MODIFICATION DEPARTMENT

National Debt Assistance, partnered with American Platinum Financial Services, in North Scottsdale, a multi-faceted office is looking to hire an experienced LOAN MODIFICATION PROCESSOR to underwrite files and coordinate with the loan mod negotiation unit. * Proven track record of success in professional sales environment.
* 2+ Years Mortgage industry experience, preferably subprime or FHA lending.
* Excellent planning, organizational and analytical skills.
* Good verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced and changing environment.
* Computer Knowledge Requirements: Microsoft Excel, Word and familiarity with online application software programs.
* During peak submissions, may require more than 40 hours/week
