Job: Collection Supervisor/Manager

Founded in 1964, CSB specializes in recovery solutions for the healthcare industry. Our Collection Managers do not have their own work queues like most agencies; their sole task is to train and manage our frontline collection staff and ensure quality outcomes on every phone call. CSB utilizes a collector to manager ratio of 8:1. Client and patient satisfaction are the pillars of our company business philosophy.

The Collection Managers main duties are to train, answer questions,talk offs,handle escalation calls and quality control and compliance. Audits are conducted by the Collection management team in coordination with our Director of Quality Control and Compliance to ensure high quality outcomes according to written documented procedures. Collection Managers also work closely with our I.T. department to help maintain a productive collection floor environment.

-Collection Managers work off hours every other week from 10am-7pm,one Saturday per month (8am-12pm) No Sunday hours
-Each collector is reviewed a minimum of once per month.
Recorded calls are reviewed as well as proper account documentation.
-Further coaching/training is performed by live monitoring as well as the use of VNC and coaching thru instant messaging or one on one or group training.
-Managers evaluate and identify areas of opportunity and weakness, and creates action plans to assist under-performing collectors.

Must have had a minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Collection Manager/Supervisor. Complete knowledge of the FDCPA and State collection laws and the FCRA. Experience with HIPAA/HITECH a huge asset as well as being Bi-lingual.
Communicates effectively and takes the proper corrective measures when necessary. This position requires strong negotiation,leadership and supervisory skills and the confidence in the ability to get the job done.
