Job: Controller

AVR has been providing quality products and services to broadcast, educational and industrial professionals for over sixty years. We are currently seeking a Controller at our headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. We're looking for a team player to maintain and enhance the Accounting dept.

As an essential leader in the organization, this person will have the responsibility for all daily and monthly accounting activities. This includes supervision of accounting staff and timely recording of daily transactions for current reporting needs. This position reports to the C.F.O.

Solomon accounting software
Project/job costing or construction accounting
Sales and use tax reporting
Supervision of accounting staff
Seven years experience at the manager level
Bank and GL reconciliations through trial balance
Payroll processing
