Jobing Description
To maintain the flow of patients in and out of the front desk, handle all phone calls, scheduling, and payments. Meeting and greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones/voicemail and returning calls, coordinating patient care. Residents, collecting fees, start financial contracts, maintain 2 different schedules, open and close clinic daily, maintain clean waiting room.
Skills / Requirements
Excellent communication skills and organizational skills. Must be able to multi task and handle several patients at once. Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Products, Dentrix and Dolphin experienced perferred.
