Job: Temporary Full Time Senior Dental Assistant - Orthodontics

Dental assistant will assist residents and faculty with patients of all ages. Maintain supply levels, organization, and cleanliness of Orthodontics Unit. Front desk responsiblities to include: answering/returning phone calls, scheduling patients, starting patient finicanical contracts and inputting insurance information into Dolphin software, scanning patient information, filing, collecting pyaments and confirming appointments.

Excellent communications skills, organizational skills, and facilitation. Sterilization, OSHA standards, HIPPA regulations. Inventory control experience with ordering, front desk and clerical experience and chairside dental assisting skills.
