Job: Inbound Sales Representative

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Employees relate to customers on incoming and outgoing calls in an engaging, personable manner and proactively promote the Discover Card brand and its products and services. New employees receive inbound calls from existing cardmembers and place outbound sales calls to existing customers and are required to be on the phone for the entire shift. Successful employees excel at building rapport, conveying product benefits, and closing the sale. All employees are required to meet established sales and performance goals while maintaining quality standards. Career-oriented leaders have the opportunity to move into positions of greater responsibility and compensation.

Substantial incentive bonuses awarded monthly based on sales results and overall performance.

Work Schedules- Flex Time: 30-39 hours per week.
Evening shift availability required from 10am - 10pm.
Day shift availability required from 7am - 7pm.
Weekend and holiday scheduling is required.

This is a phone-sales position requiring a persuasive communication style and ability to overcome initial customer objections.
