Ariozna Security Agency is looking for a Part Time to Full Time Accountant/data entry to in put jobs in our QuickBooks software. You will put in all data in to QuickBooks. This position requires typing/ten key/data entry skills to input data from previous week. The selected candidate is expected to perform a broad scope of professional accounting activities requiring experienced, professional knowledge and application of accounting principles and practices. This position performs a wide range of detailed/complex accounting and advisory functions and specific areas of responsibility will include security, patrol and reconciliation of all financial records, and preparation of specialized reports. This position will report directly to the owner.

This position requires typing/ten key/data entry skills
Review, monitor and approve financial transactions for compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, policies and procedures rules and regulations.
Prepare budgets, budget justifications, cost projections and financial documents as necessary.
Review and/or prepare budget loads and transfers based on approved budgets and potential revenue streams.
Establish and monitor budgets, perform account reconciliations and provide monthly financial reports to the owner.
