Job: Commercial Construction Business Development Manager

East Valley Construction Company seeks a degreed Business Development Manager with at least 5 years recent & successful history developing, executing and managing marketing sales initiatives that are designed to penetrate and grow targeted commercial markets in the Arizona Construction Industry. Duties involves developing AZ accounts, writing proposals, giving presentations to management, communicating with customers, management, internal support departments, & vendors to coordinate overall marketing efforts.

Requirements :
At least a BA degree in the Business or Management field.
Experience creating new contacts and identifying current and emerging market needs in the construction industry; developing and managing new marketing tools; planning and carrying out regional market research and analyses
Must be computer literate
