Overview: Banner Health, one of the largest non-profit Healthcare provider in the United States has an opportunity for an experienced I/T Professional. This Senior Systems Analyst will support the Electronic Medical Reporting and Intergy Systems and be a part of the Information Technology Dept to assist in the automating of the NextGen Electronic Health Record System.This postion will be located in Greeley, Colorado. Qualified candidates should possess strong working knowledge of the NextGen system. Knowledge of the Community Health Solutions, Electronic Health Record, and Billing Systems is strongly preferred. Please note, may underfill position to the analyst level depending upon experience and qualifications. Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for assisting in the training, support and analysis of the electronic health record component of this application. Travel will be required.& nbsp; This position will provide information for staff and various committees guiding the design, implementation and maintenance of complex application and system hardware specifications and processes etc.

Must have a two year degree or equivalent experience to include working in a clinical environment, using Windows applications and other I/T systems, preparing, documenting and teaching office staff, experience with NextGen software application a strong plus. The ability to lead discussions and conduct training sessions is essential. Highly effective verbal and written skills are essential. Travel is required. Must have four years experience in a healthcare environment or an equivalent combination of relevant education, technical, business and healthcare experience. Needs experience in small scale project planning and reporting either individual or team. Requires ability to communicate and interact across facilities and at various levels. Successful candidate will have skills to mentor less experienced team members. As is typical in this industry, variable shifts and hours and carrying/responding to a pager may be required. Seeking experience supporting the Electronic Medical Reporting or Practice Management systems.
