We have an immediate need for a Recruiter to assist one of our busiest desks running a VERY LARGE book manufacturing, assembly, clerical, administrative clients.

As a Recruiter Corporate Job Bank, you will provide world class services to both our clients and employees alike. You will use your skills to develop career opportunities for candidates and fill key positions for our clients.
Responsibilities include:
*High volume sourcing of candidates from a variety of sources including:
-Job boards.
-Community resources
-Referrals
-Other forms of advertising.
*Screen and recommend key candidates to our account managers.
*Match candidate skill sets to client needs.
*Match skills sets to client needs.
*Review, develop and recommend advertising and recruiting sources.
*Recommend key services to potential clientele.

Skills / Requirements

Required Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
*Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a recruiting related role.
*Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
*Ability to multi-task is essential for success in this position.
*Excellent customer service and communication skills a must.
*Able to produce results within a given deadline and respond quickly to change.
*Strong organizational, decision making, and time management skills a must
*Self motivated, reliable and driven personality a must
*Willing to go the extra mile in pursuit of service excellence
*Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word.
