Job: Recovery Support Specialist

Assist clients / consumers in the behavioral health system to enhance their recovery and promote client wellness in an inpatient setting. Provide peer support with other clients / consumers to effectively use the behavioral health system in their recovery. Must be at least 25yrs old and have a good driving record for driving/transporting purposes. FT, ($1 - $2 night differential may apply). $9.70/hr. without RSS certification 10.70/hr. with RSS certification. Positions located in Marana area.

Requires a HS or GED diploma and completion of personal recovery plan for at least a year. Training and or experience in substance abuse and /or mental health services a plus. Must have knowledge of the Pima County behavioral health system, effectively communicate, has good decision making skills, and ability to organize services. Completion of RSS training or current enrollment preferred. Fingerprint clearance required.

Positions are open until filled. Applicants must be 21 years of age for Clinical and Residential positions and must be 25 years old to transport. Persons working in some service areas are fingerprinted and must receive clearance. Upon hire, 'all' jobs require an Arizona Motor Vehicle Report and proof of liability insurance.
