Job: Controller

Robson Communities, an Active Adult Homebuilder, is seeking an experienced Controller. This position will be responsible for all phases of HOA accounting including preparation of financial reports and will handle all facets of internal and external reporting (actual and budgets). This position will prepare presentations and reports for various levels of management and must regularly interact with five community HOA management personnel, including Finance Committees and various board members. Will manage and monitor work of other accounting staff. Reports to senior controller.

5 years of industry or Public Accounting experience
Supervisory experience
CPA Preferred
HOA accounting experience a plus
Excellent presentation and communication skills: must be able to analyze, present and explain financial reports and data to various levels of management including HOA Board members and finance committees.
