Doubletree Guest Suites - Winner of Hilton's Award for Service Excellence is currently seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to provide unmatched service to our guests. Doubletree Guest Suites is an upscale full-service Airport hotel, newly renovated 242-room property with exquisitely appointed rooms. Best rooms in the market!

Job Summary:
Responsible for performing all Front Office duties in accordance with policies and procedures and providing exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Duties may not be limited to:
Maintain complete knowledge at all times of;
a). All hotel features, services, hours of operation.
b). Daily house-count and expected arrivals and departures.
c). Scheduled in-house group activities, locations and times.
d). All hotel and departmental standards and procedures.
Check in/out guest.
Answer department phones within 3 rings, using correct greeting telephone etiquette (Bell Desk, Front Desk, PBX, and Reservations).
Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of the day.
Greet guests as they enter the lobby area.
Accept and log guest laundry that is dropped off at the Front Desk.
Maintain cleanliness/organization of lobby area, front desk and front walk way.
Provide help to guests needing to send packages (U.P.S., Fed-Ex).
Assist guests with directions to and from the hotel.
Offer restaurant suggestions and make dinner reservations if needed.
Make photocopies/send faxes for guests and charge guest accounts accordingly when Business Center cannot accommodate.

Skills / Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
* ESSENTIAL: Previous hotel Front Desk experience and OnQ knowledgeable. Have knowledge of local attractions within the Phoenix metropolitan area as well as within the state of Arizona and "Can Do" attitude.

SKILLS:
* Exceptional customer service skills, computer literate and ability to abide by hotel policies and procedures. Have positive work relations with all other hotel departments. Ability to analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgment in the best interest of the hotel.
