Compliance Testing is an accredited laboratory that's been in operation for over 40 years.
We specialize in RF & EMC testing to FCC, Industry Canada and European Union standards.
We are in the process of building our staff with the intent of rapidly growing the business. We
have tested Complex VHF/UHF Radios for many years, and have expanded to test a wide array
of wireless transmitters, including WLAN, Bluetooth, Zigbee, RFID, WiMax, P25 and UWB
devices.

Compliance Testing is a small lab poised for aggressive growth for the right team of
people. Every person can make a big difference in the direction and growth of the business, so
we are looking for the right team of players. We're looking for a long term and permanent
relationship with the right qualified candidate.

Job responsibilities and requirements:

We are looking for a capable, knowledgeable Sr. RF/EMC Engineers. Candidate should have
experience working with FCC, Industry Canada and ETSI standards. EMC and Product
Safety testing background is a plus.

Candidate will be required to:

Meet with clients and determine the appropriate standards required for testing.

Research test standards and create a test plan.

Test a variety of different devices to FCC and ETSI Standards.

Meet project deadlines.

Be capable of troubleshooting key issues causing a device to fail its testing

Work comfortably with fully operating devices as well as component level boards.

Be able to communicate well in person, on the phone and in writing.

Prepare test report for filing or submission to client.

Oversee any questions or issues on test reports.

Be very familiar with and have recent hands-on bench experience with a variety of test
equipment, like;
1. Spectrum analyzers
2. Signal generators.
3. Audio Generators
4. Modulation Analyzers
5. O'Scopes
6. EMI receivers
