Job: "Smarter" Product Line Territory Manager

SmartHealth, Inc. is a family owned enterprise consisting of a number of affiliate companies serving specific vertical markets. We are currently seeking a "Smarter" Product Line Territory Manager to help meet monthly sales goals at a profitable gross margin, and meet/exceed customer expectations.

Essential functions of the job (in order of importance):
1. Make outbound calls to customers and prospects. Present pro-active presentations for new technology for dental office
2. Schedule call through the database for follow-up
3. Data integrity of Database. Update call activity, Pricing Management Tool and key contacts
4. Accept monitoring and coaching and participate in on-going training
5. Able to perform the following functions in an eight hour day: a) Make a minimum of 65 outbound calls, b) sit at a desk and work on a computer making telephone calls



Requirements:

Education:
Bachelors degree preferred

Experiences (work or education):
Consultative telephone sales experience preferred
(3-5 years) A proven ability to prospect and develop new business

Skills Needed: Must be proactive, independent and highly motivated. Ability to build rapport via the phone. Solid conversational questioning skills. Excellent written and verbal skills required. Ability to learn new topics and skills quickly. General computer and typing skills. Ability to manage several tasks and multiple responsibilities. Basic knowledge of data entry, product ordering processes, shipping and fulfillment. Ability to prioritize and organize. Must have the ability to work well within a team environment. Dental experience a plus, but not essential.
