TELL ME MORE is a global leader in language training software and we are growing! We are an international company with offices in Phoenix, AZ (near Sky Harbor Airport). Our catalog of language e-learning solutions includes English (ESL), Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese and Arabic.
We are currently looking for a dedicated professional to join our training team. Our Trainers provide the highest level of service to our educational, corporate, and government clients in implementing and utilizing TELL ME MORE language solutions. Key Responsibilities – * Facilitate and deliver client training (corporate, government, and educational institutions) on the use of TELL ME MORE language solutions in the United States and Canada. * Coordinate implementation and on-going support of our e-learning solutions in the clients’ organization. * Evaluate the instructional needs of prospective and current clients and recommend solutions and best practices. * Provide internal training and support to managers and sales teams to effectively present all functionalities of e-solutions. * Assess, evaluate and present TELL ME MORE instructional content to meet the State and National standards through alignment/correlation. * On going administrative and reporting tasks. Skills / Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required as well as 2-3 years' related technical experience.
* Experience acquiring a second language. * Prior teaching experience – adult learners preferred. * Solid knowledge of department duties, responsibilities and procedures. * Requires strong written and verbal communication skills, to include strong platform skills. * Proven ability to engage audiences in learning topics. * Ability to identify different learning styles and to select optimal delivery methods to achieve desired outcomes. * Ability to adapt modules built using common e-Learning software applications. * Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a growing and changing organization. * Ability to communicate (verbal and written) with corporate clientele and education professionals. Preferences - * Experience with second language learning/ESL – previous experience teaching a language preferred. * Second language fluency preferred (Spanish preferred). * Experience in technology training. * Experience working in an intercultural environment. * Understanding of State Education Standards. * Understanding of Learning Management Systems. * Prior experience with instructional design concepts preferred. * Proven success supporting a sales organization.
