A fast paced Scottsdale company is looking for a self-motivated, ambitious, entry to mid level technician to join our outstanding team. If you are a self starter and are looking to break into the technology arena, this is a great opportunity for you.
Responsibilities include:
Product support
Answer incoming technical support calls
Monitoring client site for uptime status
Client installs
Troubleshooting issues with client sites
Communication with clients, sales team and internal teams
Local desktop support
Position will be utilized as a backup support roll for the current network support structure. Also, this role will assist in the upgrades of all current network hardware.
Skills / Requirements
Desired skills:
Familiar with firewalls, ports, routers
Understanding of networks (LAN/WAN)
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Network+ certification
