Jobing Description

Alliance Insurance Agency provides the broad market access and support to take your insurance sales career to the next level! We are expanding and need to add 2 or 3 independent commercial lines P&C producers to our team. In addition to providing market access, we offer a generous commission split with the option of a draw, work from home or our office with centralized servicing support, marketing materials, and the opportunity to partner with life & health and personal lines producers to provide a complete package of products and services to your clients. * NO cap on earnings *

  • Business to business sales
  • AZ P&C License preferred or willingness to obtain quickly
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Experience with the Applied System or AMS helpful
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills and ability to effectively interact with
    all levels of internal and external business partners
