Business Development Representative- Inside Sales Executive

 

 

EMPLOYER
:Crexendo , Inc. (AMEX:EXE) provides a business optimization suite of cloud business services including ecommerce, web marketing and cloud communication services for home office, small business and medium size companies.

 

POSITION:
Crexendo is looking for full time inside sales representatives to provide e-commerce solutions to entrepreneurs and businesses enabling them to sell and market their products or services over the Internet. The company sells its proprietary software and services to entrepreneurs and businesses, which allows them to sell and market their products and services, accept online orders, analyze marketing performance and manage pricing and customers over the Internet. In addition to software and services, Crexendo offers e-commerce enabled web site development and implementation, web site hosting, search engine optimization (SEO) and training.  



YOUR DUTIES:
Daily activities may include the following:

 • Establishing relationships and closing sales over the phone

• Reactivation / Retaining current customers

• Assessment and development of products for customers

• Tracking and achieving or exceeding sales goals

• Following up with sales leads

• Self-motivating, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner

• Professional communication skills and presence on the phone

• Must work well in a changing environment

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word

• Knowledge of Internet Based Business and Solutions

• 1-2 years sales experience

• History of strong organizational skills
