Acquinity Interactive operates one of the largest online marketplaces that allows advertisers to target broad and niche audiences on a cost per performance basis. As we are expanding our CALL CENTER operations to the Gilbert, Arizona location, we are looking for Inbound/Outbound Marketing Professionals to support our call center.

Responsibilities:
* Complete the initial in-house sales/marketing training program for successful phone sales presentations
* Learn all sales/marketing techniques including but not limited to sales scripts, overcoming objections, rebuttals, and customer service techniques
* Maintain working knowledge of all Sales and Customer Service policies and procedures
* Work the required minimum hours per week to acquire hands on experience and meet goals
* Responsible for full knowledge of all products and policies before they are presented to the customers

Required Experience:
* Inbound/Outbound Sales/Marketing experience preferred
* Effective selling skills including good reasoning ability
* Proficient in telephone communication is essential
* Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting, and selling products or services
* Ability to communicate with customers, management, and other co-workers, both individually and in front of a group is crucial
* Ability to proactively connect with prospects, excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to change and work at a faster-than-average pace
* Strong initiative and competitive drive
* Motivated by opportunity and commissions IN ADDITION to base wage
* Confident in guiding the process towards company goals
* Ability to work independently with solid time-management and organization skills

Compensation:
$12.00 per hour base compensation plus the opportunity for an UNCAPPED commission structure! Employees have the ability to earn a total compensation of $17.00 PLUS per hour! Multiple shifts are available.
