Our program in the East Valley area is currently seeking to fill In-Home Respite positions for our Community Behavioral Health Program in Glendale, AZ.

In-Home Respite is a support service for Title XIX enrolled children, ages 6-17, and families/caregivers with challenging needs who are referred by Provider Network Organization(Quality Care Network) or through an affiliate Qualified Service Provider (QSP).

SCHEDULE:

This is a part-time position at 29 hours maximum. The schedule of this position varies.

Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
Develops and maintains support\relationships with consumers and significant support systems. Engages in Family Centered, strengths-based planning and coordination and reports consumer needs to Child and Family Team through progress reports. Follow prescribed treatment plans for children. Ensures confidentiality of verbal and written consumer/family information. Provides tutoring/help with homework if applicable. Attends staffings and other meetings as required by program manager. This position might have other responsibilities.

Skills / Requirements

Skills / Requirements
HS/GED required. Two (2) years experience working in a Behavioral Health Setting. Valid AZ Drivers license. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Bachelors degree preferred, but not required. Be able to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. This position might have other requirements. Bilingual skills in Spanish are preferred but not required.
