North Phoenix Fortune 500 Financial Institution is currently seeking a Human Resource Specialist for the Talent Acquisition and Planning Team.The Human Resources Specialist will perform moderately complex general human resource duties, and provide support in the areas of Recruiting, as well as project support for Recruiting teams. The HR Specialists will help ensure all required steps in the hiring process are completed in accordance with company policies, practices, and procedures to ensure OFCCP compliance and meet EEO regulations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, drive to support a multitude of activities and the ability to succeed in a collaborative team environment. Effective time management skills and the ability to be highly organized while multi-tasking are essential. The Human Resources Specialist will join the TAP (Talent Acquisition and Planning) Specialist team who provides support to Recruiters in the Consumer Lending Group. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Ongoing support of recruiting to include: postings jobs, scheduling interviews, ordering assessments, preparing offer letters, submitting candidate background checks and initiating the electronic I-9 process. - Supporting HR projects across Consumer Lending, including project work around adverse impact analysis and job folder audits. - Consulting with recruiters or line of business partners on process and policy; May handle issues independently or redirect to additional HR online and people resources when appropriate. - Participating and/or providing subject matter expertise on the Recruiting process for Consumer Lending and the Wells Fargo enterpriseBasic Qualifications:3+ years clerical or customer service experienceMinimum Qualifications:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Outstanding organizational skills; Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Proven analytical skills and strong attention to detail. - Ability to recognize and maintain confidential information. - Ability to adapt quickly to change and maintain a flexible approach when providing support. - Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office product suite (i.e. Access, Excel, Word, Outlook).Preferred Skills:- Basic knowledge of internal HR Information Systems like PeopleSoft, Online Recruiting and Staff Management.

Skills / Requirements

2 plus years in corporate recruiting4 year degree preferred
