We have a full-time temporary IT Corporate Recruiter - HR Consultant - position available in our Scottsdale, AZ office. The anticipated duration is through
year end.

GENERAL SUMMARY
In this role, you will work with a self-directed and collaborative team of professionals committed to attracting and placing best of class human capital to our IT business partners. You will have direct access to hiring managers and will work closely with each manager throughout the placement process.

Responsible for ensuring that all IT hiring needs are met through effective,
efficient sourcing, recruiting and placing of qualified applicants. Manages the
entire recruiting process of assigned positions (national recruiting) in a
high-volume, fast-paced environment. Responsible for developing comprehensive
recruiting and sourcing strategies. Serves as a resource for management
concerning recruitment issues and HR placement policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages multiple IT recruitment assignments simultaneously across various
locations (anticipated requisition load of 20-25 positions). Participates in the
full cycle recruitment process while maintaining a positive candidate experience
by completing the following:

- Gathering and understanding specific job requirements with hiring manager (needs
analysis)
- Attracting qualified candidates through job board posting, internet searching
and leveraging a referral network
- Selling the value of Coventry and the opportunity to right-fit candidates
- Interviewing and assessing applicant qualifications (including making
recommendations to management)
- Scheduling manager interviews (telephone and in-person) using Outlook
- Arranging candidate travel through corporate travel agency when necessary
- Conducting follow up with management and applicants (interview assessment,
consensus and integration)
- Negotiating, presenting and closing job offers
- Reference checking using standard forms
- Maintaining full file documentation (online and printed for OFCCP compliance)

- Enhances HR recruiting accomplishments and competence by collaborating with team members, and managing and supporting recruiting efforts at various locations.
- Manages activity reports to evaluate effectiveness of recruiting and retention
efforts.
- Maintains a high level of understanding of IT tool sets,
technologies, organizational structure and job profiles (all levels of
Application Development and Infrastructure positions).
- Manages and executes candidate sourcing strategies. Participates in recruitment functions to attract the most qualified candidates to champion Coventry´s mission and values.
- Develops staffing plans by analyzing the IT marketplace for availability of
resources by location for specific skill sets.
- Coaches managers on effective behavioral based interviewing (using Coventry´s standard process).
- Partners with HR community to facilitate management understanding of Coventry´s recruitment and performance management practices.
- Available to work extended hours to meet
project deadlines and support high volume recruiting.
- Performs other duties as required.

Skills / Requirements

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years progressive, full-life cycle IT recruiting experience in a high technology environment with at least 1 year experience in a Corporate Recruiting environment
- Keen attention to detail and exceptional follow through
- Proven knowledge of technical recruiting and internet resume sourcing expertise; strong candidate assessment skills.
- Consulting and leadership skills; innovative and
flexible.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient with
ATS systems and MS Office package.
- PHR Certification a plus.
