We are looking for a very special person to join our team as a Family Support Partner in our Maricopa office. This position is part-time and must have the flexibility to work an occasional weekend day or evening to meet a client's needs.
Family Support Partner has the natural ability to form positive supportive relationships with children and adults in caring, family and community based environments using ways that adhere to the 12 AZ Principles. Assists with the coordination of case management services and communication of community-based resources. Performs procedures to support clinical operations including problem resolution and customer service; documentation, attends Child and Family Teams, and performs other duties as assigned, which may include mentoring children, assisting with living skills, providing respite for families, and other supportive services.
Skills / Requirements
Our perfect candidate should have the following:
*Minimum of a High School Diploma
*Experience as a parent, foster parent, adoptive parent or a caretaker of a CHILD with Behavioral Health needs and experience with the children's services systems. The child MUST HAVE LIVED WITH YOU.
*Be very organized and can manage their time effectively in this busy position
*Be computer literate, good customer service skills, basic typing,
*Able to work professionally and effectively with others from diverse ethnic and cultural groups
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Possess a valid ARIZONA driver's license w/no major infractions for past 39 months
* Must be eligible to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card or have one already
* Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred
