JOB SUMMARY:

Director of Finance supporting the CFO and the executive team. Primarily responsible for Treasury: capital & operating cash management, planning and reporting. Manage a twelve month rolling forecast, annual budget, monthly analytics and oversee all related management reporting.  This is a developing business which needs an entrepreneurial spirit to succeed. 

This role is responsible for:

 

•  Cash Flow forecasting and daily Treasury activities
•  Borrowing base reporting and debt covenant monitoring
•  Credit and collections management
•  Overseeing risk and insurance
•  Managing budget and forecast coordination company-wide
•  Monitoring forecast and budget achievement, proactively bringing issues and opportunities to executive team
•  Working with management to contain and control expenses Foreign location administration
•  Evaluating financial impact of new business propositions
•  Assessing business reporting needs, develop standardization for reporting, and drive implementation of changes with accounting and IT

Skills / Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

•  10+  years finance/accounting experience required
•  Service, software, electronics industry experience desired
•  Strong knowledge of basic accounting and internal controls
•  Excellent collaboration and communication skills
•  Strong practical experience with treasury required: cash flow planning and execution, daily cash control management
•  Experience with lending practices and compliance
•  Ability to influence without authority
•  Well-developed critical thinking and problem solving skills
•  Advanced capabilities with Microsoft Office required
•  Experience with ERP systems and related business processes required

EDUCATION REQUIRED

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or MBA preferred
