Job Type: FULL TIME



Directs, develops, implements and monitors organization's annual budget. Works with organization management to achieve financial targets. Collaborates with executive leadership in preparation, analysis, and presentation of business plans, market potential strategies, financial reports, budgets or operations statistics. Serves as fiscal or business area/department representative for hospital program planning, review and evaluation.Assists CFO in overseeing planning, control, and utilization of financial resources of the institution, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury or other analyses. Oversees maintenance and administration of hospital labor productivity standards, compiles and analyzes operating performance reports. Serves as internal consultant regarding the hospital's financial affairs, development of operating policies and procedures, department needs and problems.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.



EXPERIENCE:

Eight (8) years of accounting, business management or closely related experience, including at least two years of managerial/supervisory role.
