North Phoenix Non-Profit Company looking for Event Recruiters for a 5 month temporary assignment. Position entails making consistent outbound phone calls to businesses and individuals to recruit teams for participation in the event. Includes making cold calls and call backs to previous participants. Candidate should be energetic, reliable, professional, have sales experience, enjoy talking on the phone, have great communication skills, ability to work with several computer programs including Microsoft Office, and be comfortable with cold calling. Non-profit experience is a plus.
Skills / Requirements
Experience with outbound Customer Service and proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
