Job Description:
~ High level of diplomacy with the clients
~ High level of patience with the field sales team
~ This position is a blended position and covers all duties in the customer service department .
~ Interfacing with customers (often office managers for doctor's offices who want to buy the equipment.
~ Run credit cards and input order into accounting system (some familiarity with accounting is helpful)
~ Responsible for customer interface as far as inquiries and product orders in accord with mission of the company.
~ Responsibilities include taking and filling orders, shipping orders in FEDEX or other shipping company, communicating timing with customers, researching customer inquiries, maintaining customer records and following customer service cases from inception to completion.
~ Represent the company and yourself in a professional, efficient and effective way to all of our customers always putting the needs of the customer first.
~ Follow processes and controls for Customer Service department in order to meet the needs of our global customers. Communicate needs to update processes and controls on a regular basis to Manager of Customer Service.
~ Effectively fill and ship orders while working with third party manufacturers.
~ Communicate weekly and monthly results with Customer Service Manager.
~ Obtain technical and customer service training as essential.
~ Maintain vendor and inter-departmental relationships.
~ Adhere to company‚s Operating Principles.
~ Responsible to participate in staff training and education programs.

Skills / Requirements

Background/education:
~ Associates degree in communications or other relevant degree.
~ Knowledge of database and customer service systems.
~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
~ Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
