SUMMARY
We are looking for outgoing, friendly customer services representatives who are committed to providing the highest level of customer service to clients making hotel reservations. The position requires the ability to provide additional options to clients and the opportunity to use soft selling skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Answers high volume of incoming calls quickly and efficiently, displaying a professional, courteous, helpful and confident manner to customers at all times. Continuously provides best in class customer service to all clients.
* Displays active listening skills to ensure that all information is correctly obtained from customers. Clearly and accurately communicates customer information through the appropriate written, typed, or verbal means.
* Ensures that all additional service opportunities are presented to the client.
* Utilizes effective problem solving and customer relation skills. Applies company policies and procedures in order to resolve a variety of typical customer problems. Handles unhappy customers with professionalism and courtesy.
* Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and other web based programs
* Willingness to learn and increased your knowledge of company products.
* Ability to meet Performance Expectations and maintains appropriate performance levels for Individual Talk Time, Quality, Sales percentage
* Strong commitment to exceeding goals as well as reducing Abandon Rate and increasing Grade of Service levels.

Skills / Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
* Call Center experience - 1 year minimum
* Strong customer Service Skills
* Strong grammar and writing skills.
* Familiarity with Internet and e-mail systems.

Education Requirements
* High school diploma required.

Hours:
Flexibility to work in a 7 day a week operation, including weekend hours.
Monday to Saturday the operation is open 7:00 am-9:00 pm
Sunday, the operation is open: 7:00 am-7:00 pm
