Must have Construction Collection experience, Must have Experience with Lien's/Lein Releases and Must have a good customer service background when it comes to collecting on outstanding balances that are due. These are area's that the client needs to have in order to consider you for the position.
This client is needing someone who is experienced in the following area's:
* Collecting on past due receivables
* Maintaining a current credit file of assigned credit customers
* Establishing credit limits within specific parameters
* Answering and requesting credit reference information
* Filing preliminary notices
* Signing off on lien releases
* Making customer calls/visits as necessary.
Skills / Requirements
Minimum two-years experience working in a commercial credit environment (Business 2 Business) not credit and collections of consumer loans etc.
Must have Construction Collection experience, Must have Experience with Lien's and Must have a good customer service background when it comes to collecting on outstanding balances that are due. Working knowledge of accounting and finance
Computer literate with an ability to work in an unsupervised capacity.
Fast paced position with multiple tasks, must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
Must be able to make quick decisions as information is received.
