We are currently in need of a Patient Service Coordiantor in our Dentistry Department at Surprise Health Center, who will report directly to the Health Center Manager. This position is primarily responsible for ensuring efficient patient flow, assigning daily work tasks and staffing coverage for the work site, provide orientation and skill development for fellow staff members, and oversite of medical equipment and operational materials. Other duties may be assigned based on the needs of the site and may include some travel to other health centers.

Skills / Requirements

 High school diploma (or GED) plus advanced training
 Minimum 5 years' experience in general dentistry office
 Minimum one year of supervisory or leadership experience in a medical / dental office team and/or approved development plan
Graduation from an approved dental assistant training program,
 Current CPR certification
 Demonstrated understanding of dental practice methods and techniques used in record keeping systems.
 Demonstrated ability in implementing the principles and practices of supervision.
 Advanced computer efficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience in Patient Management System (Dentrix)
 Posses a valid AZ drivers license
