My client, a very reputable, Large Commercial Construction General Contractor, is currently searching for a Controller with 10+ years of Controllership experience with a General Contractor. The company is located in Central Phoenix and open to assisting with relocation. They would ideally like someone with their CPA, Timberline, and Crystal Reports experience, but this is negotiable. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years accounting management commercial construction experience with a general contractor and have their Bachelors degree in Accounting of Finance. Compensation will depend on experience and prior salary history, and will include bonus potential, monthly vehicle allocation, full benefits, etc. This is a professional environment with a devoted team that has excellent tenure. The Owner of the company is involved and respected. He treats everyone very well and loves taking care of the employees. This position will be groomed to take over the CFO role in the next few years. Hours are approximately 45-50/week. Minimal travel is required (less than 10%). Interviews are being scheduled immediately. Skills / Requirements
Minimum of 10+ years in accounting and finance with 5+ years in management. Minimum of 10 years experience in Commercial Construction, working for a General Contractor. Timberline and Crystal Reports experience preferred. Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA and MBA preferred, not required.
