More than great artistry and technique it takes solid experience and an unwavering commitment to education to consistently produce fabulous looks worldwide. Even though we’ve been creating gorgeous looks for more than 40 years, we’re still teaching and still learning. Being innovators at the first salon in Suburban England required the same dedication to training and learning that it takes to keep 360 salons and more than 20 educational centers on the same innovative path.

Continuing education is the key to individual development and personal motivation. We created our educational system with the aim to communicate ideas, motivate, and inspire, incorporating techniques that are applicable to hairdressers of every level. TONI&GUY offers an apprentice program, as well as a commitment to continuing education for advancement. Our education extends the versatility of each hairdresser, so that new techniques and information can be used to continually broaden his or her client services.
