Founded in 1960, Domino's Pizza is the recognized world leader in pizza delivery operating a network of company and franchise-owned stores in more than 50 countries. Through the efforts of a dedicated team, Domino's Pizza has grown into an international leader with more than 7,000 stores. Our commitment to product quality and operational excellence resulted in retail sales of nearly $4 billion in 2002.

Like most corporate success stories, Domino's started out small - with just one store in 1960. However, in 1978 the 200th Domino's store opened, and things really began to cook. By 1983 there were 1,000 Domino's stores, and 5,000 in 1989. Today, there are more than 7,000 stores - including more than 2,000 outside the United States.

The Domino's Experience

More than 140,000 associates are employed by Domino's around the globe. Of those, 15,000 are corporate employees, with more than 400 at the World Resource Center in Ann Arbor, Mich.

In addition, our stores are supported by our corporate and franchise offices located throughout the United States. Regional Offices are located in Atlanta, Ga., Baltimore, Md., and Santa Ana, Calif.

Domino's Pizza also has 19 Distribution Centers located throughout the United States. Our International division supports our stores and franchisees in more than 50 markets outside the U.S.
