Our Beginnings
A privately held company, Classic Residence by Hyatt was founded in 1987 by company Chairman Penny Pritzker, the daughter of the co-founder of Hyatt Hotels. Today, Classic Residence by Hyatt develops, owns, operates and markets upscale retirement communities throughout the United States. Each community features all of the style, service and attention to detail that have earned Classic Residence by Hyatt our reputation as a leader and innovator in senior living.

Continuum of Care
When daily activity or health care needs develop, Classic Residence by Hyatt communities offer a continuum of care that addresses residents' needs. Depending on the community, services available may include home health care, assisted living, short- and long-term restorative care, rehabilitation therapy, respite care, specialized memory support and care for residents with Alzheimer's disease and other cognitive impairments and priority admission arrangements with skilled nursing and memory support centers.
