Carondelet Medical Group (CMG), established in 1995, is affiliated with Carondelet Health Network (CHN), one of Southern Arizona’s largest and most trusted medical networks. Carondelet has been helping people live healthy, happy lives for more than a century. In 2002, CHN merged with Ascension health, the largest faith-based health care system in the U.S., putting us on course to be Southern Arizona’s premier health care provider. CMG continues to grow, with over 70 physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. We are a well-established, expanding, group of practitioners committed to the communities of Southern Arizona, providing quality health care as our mission.
