We strive to be the best Habilitation, Respite, and Attendant Care provider in the state
of Arizona. We hope to achieve this by taking complete care of everyone involved with our
agency. We take care of our consumers and families by being available at all times, by
introducing them to great providers to deliver services, by advocating for families/consumers on
every level, and delivering services on a person centered approach. We want to visit with you
regularly to update goals and plans, to make sure services are being provided in the manner desired,
and sometimes for no reason at all except to say "hi." We will also do everything we can to ensure
that services are provided on time and when needed. We take care of our providers by treating
them better than anyone else. We do this by paying them competitively for their services, offering health insurance, providing ongoing training free of charge whenever they should want it or need it, being the friendliest office staff ever, and listening to them and their needs. We will always go out of our way to treat providers well because we want to make them happy to work for us. This helps to promote long term staffing and stability for our families.

About Us
Our staff have a collective 60+ years experience in working with individuals with disabilities. We are
constantly attending continuing education courses to make sure that we are up to date in the most
advanced service delivery systems and approaches. Our administration has a lot of experience in delivering services and continuously work with our direct support staff to keep them up to date on the most effective models of helping. In the event of a staffing shortage, our administration is fully
trained and able to provide the services themselves if available.
