Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy clinics are locally owned, full service facilities. We have a team of physical therapists who pride themselves on getting positive results with patients through individualized care and "hands-on" physical therapy.

Since its inception in 2000, Foothills Sports Medicine has successfully rehabilitated acute and chronic injuries, ranging from auto accidents to overuse injuries. Prior to its inception, the founder of Foothills Sports Medicine, Michael Basten PT, ATC, CSCS, worked in the greater Phoenix area for 10 years with amateur and professional athletes including Diamondbacks, Cardinals, ASU Athletics, and Professional Hockey Leagues.

Foothills Sports Medicine now has five physical therapy facilities located throughout Phoenix and a sixth clinic will be opening soon in Seville.

From physical therapy and injury rehabilitation to sports conditioning, the services of all our clinics are extensive and include: physical therapy for acute and chronic pain, neck and back stabilization programs, pre/post surgical programs, functional and sport-specific rehabilitation, biomechanical running analysis, custom orthotics for those with foot and lower extremity problems, sports acceleration and personal training/exercise programs.
