Our caregivers are totally committed and carefully selected individuals who are thoroughly screened, bonded and insured. Most importantly our caregivers are dependable and extraordinarily caring of others.

In addition to their previous experience, our caregivers receive continuous training that includes a specialized curriculum exclusive to Beech Home Care and Medical, Inc.  Our caregivers are initially trained under the direction of the our trainers at Beech Home Care.

Our Cargivers have conintiung education by using modules, which provides our caregivers with the specific skills necessary to handle the challenges that they face daily.  This certification contains nineteen essential subjects including understanding aging, nutrition, personal care, and communication.

The third level of education exclusive to our caregivers is our HomeCare Plus program which was developed to assist our caregivers with a better understanding of certain diseases which affect their clients, specifically Alzheimer‘s, Arthritis, Parkinson‘s and Diabetes. The information used to develop this program comes directly from information provided by each of the disease support groups and industry experts, as well as publications and research articles.
