Vangent, Inc. is a leader in information services and systems for government, education, and commercial markets. We are proud of the fact that by assisting government agencies in achieving their goals, we are helping people get the information, services, and benefits they need to improve their lives. We truly think of ourselves as a "help center" to support many government agencies such as the Department of Education and Department of Health and Human Services.

Our Work Environment

Our environment is casual and fun, yet professional. There is a lot of diversity, not only in who we are and how we think, but also in the work we do. And, there is quite a bit of flexibility too. We are continually seeking candidates for regular full- and part-time opportunities as well as temporary positions. Many of our positions offer the chance to go back to school while you work at Vangent, Inc., or work around family scheduling requirements. And, our full benefits package (for regular employees) and pay rates are highly competitive. We also provide shift and bilingual (English/Spanish) differentials for qualified candidates in eligible positions. Due to the nature of our government contracts, positions may require an extensive background check.
