AGIA is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative to join the Member Benefits department in our Scottsdale, AZ location. The Customer Service Representative responds to customer requests and questions regarding service, products and account information. This position analyzes and rectifies customer concerns using established procedures. This position is also responsible for documenting and responding to all inquiries in a timely and appropriate manner that is representative of the company. The representative will also follow up on inquiries with research as needed and routes the customer queries that cannot be determined to the appropriate staff for resolution. Operating hours are Monday through Friday between the hours of 5:00am-5:00pm with a start date of February 13, 2012.
