The job seeking world is in a constant state of flux.  It is not just change. It is the acceleration of change.

How to adjust?  How to stay fresh with your resume and personal branding.

Hint 1:  Focus on your transferable skill set.  Make a detailed inventory of all your critical skills, experience and strengths.  Be able to convince that prospective employer that you can take your transferable skill set and move them to another industry if need be.  In essence, reframe yourself.

Hint 2: Develop a new persona if necessary. A new personal brand. A new look. A new wardrobe. Freshen it up.  Have some fun with it.  Chances are you will infuse your job search with a new energy and enthusiasm. 

Remember, everything you do starts with an idea.  Make it a positive one!
